Professional Certificate in Production Management

Production management is the art of organising a production by creatively using resources and smartly managing budget allocated. Theoretical aspect of this course aims to introduce student with the concepts, procedures, strategies and data sources available in managing a production. Practical aspect will expose participants to qualitative methods and case studies. Participants will get familiarise on planning, analysis, organizing, actuating, controlling and evaluation in relation to three stages of pre-production, production and post-production.
